How did you hear about this brand?
The name Zager kept popping up with favorable reviews so I did an in depth study.

How does this guitar compare with your old guitar, other guitars, or guitars you've tried in stores?
I have moderately priced Ibenez, Epiphone and Yamahas. All good layman axes. These do not compare with the Zager in any areas in my opionion as well as my friends.

What's your favorite part about this guitar?
PLAYABILITY! Very good sound.

If you didn't know the price of this guitar what would you estimate the price to be?
$1,000- way up range.

How would you rate customer support?
As good as any business that I have ever delt with. Most e-mails are answered within minutes. Really. I had a question after recieving my guitar and was answered withen ten minutes. Denny immediately offered a free return and then explained in a six paragraph explanation to my question and more.I really appreciate quality service.

Would you recommend this guitar to others…if so why?
Yes- PLAYABILITY - extreme quality - and there is now no doubt in my mind concerning the 100% money back guarantee. I will gladly include my email and if you live near Palistine Texas drop by my ranch and give her a test run.
