How did you hear about this brand?
I heard about Zager guitars from a friend who has one. Also I take group lessons and a few participants have Zagers and love them.

How does this guitar compare with your old guitar, other guitars, or guitars you've tried in stores?
The quality is awesome. I have a good 3/4 Travel but this 50CE is great. I have looked at other guitars in music stores that are much more expensive. THE Zager offers much more for your money. It looks good, it sounds great and the feel is so comfortable and easy to play.

What's your favorite part about this guitar?
I don't know that I can pick just one thing. Sound, feel, look and definitely quality.

If you didn't know the price of this guitar what would you estimate the price to be?
A LOT more expensive!!!!!

How would you rate customer support?
Unbelievable. And I really mean that. I know from seeing it first hand that if a customer is not completely satisfied he can return the guitar. In the case of my friend, he did this twice. There was no problem at all and he finally found the Zager he wanted. I was convinced by the customer service to order mine.

Would you recommend this guitar to others…if so why?
Absolutely! And without any reservation at all. You can not find a better deal. More for your money in terms of quality of workmanship and beauty of appearance. The sound is clear and full, and it feels so good in your hand. I just love my guitar. I even named mine. It is now a member of the family. :-)

Additional comments:
I also ordered the case and I am very pleased with it. I am so glad to have my guitar protected. Thank you also for the prompt response to any inquery I had and ansering every question. It is something that I doubt you would find with any big company.
